          Andranik Enokovich Manukyan was born on December 22, 1954, in the village of Akhvanadzor, Razdan district.

          He is an Armenian political and state figure, known for his contributions to the country's development.

          Education and Early Career

          Manukyan attended the Yerevan Institute of National Economy from 1976 to 1978.

          Afterward, he pursued his studies at the Leningrad Financial and Economic Institute named after N.A. Voznesensky, where he graduated as a student from 1978 to 1982. He continued his academic journey at the same institute as a postgraduate student from 1982 to 1984, earning a candidate degree in economic science.
